No. NAM is a design and delivery firm. Fabrication is performed by our vetted fabrication partners. NAM sets the specification, coordinates engineering, oversees and inspects the work, holds your contract, and carries the warranty.
Standard lead time for most projects is 8-12 weeks, depending on specifications. Your schedule is confirmed in writing with your quote, before any work starts.
Quotes are typically provided within 48-72 hours of reviewing your specifications. Send drawings, a spec sheet, or a solicitation and we will respond with pricing and a delivery timeline.
Yes. We can price and coordinate from your drawings, performance requirements, or a formal solicitation, and we finalize every unit against the project's stamped engineering plans.
No. We take on single custom units as well as multi-unit and phased programs, with the same specification and inspection process for each.
Every structure carries a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year parts warranty, held by North American Modular rather than passed through to a subcontractor.
