NAM is a design-build operation, not a broker. Our ops and design team owns the engineering, the specifications, and the oversight of every phase of construction — from first drawing to final inspection.
We build through a vetted network of fabrication partners, which keeps us lean and fast without the fixed cost of idle plant. But make no mistake about where responsibility sits: we engineer the unit, we control the build, we inspect the work, and we carry the warranty. The customer holds one contract — with us.
It's the same logic as a general contractor who doesn't pour his own concrete but is still the single party accountable for the building. The fabrication network is our capacity. The accountability is ours alone.
